What is the cost for you to officiate at a Catholic or interfaith wedding ceremony?
The fee to be the officiant at your Catholic or interfaith wedding is $600. This is a flat-rate fee with no hidden costs. This fee includes a pre-ceremony meeting, emails and telephone calls, development of your personalized ceremony script and all revisions, attendance at a day-of wedding rehearsal, officiating at your wedding ceremony, and processing your marriage license. These services may vary based on the needs and desires of the couple.
We would like to secure you as our wedding officiant. What’s the next step?
First, find out if I am available for your wedding date. Simply use the “Check Availability” button in the right column of this page. Click on the plus (“+”) sign to open the calendar. Feel free to contact or call me at 434-572-7436.
We confirmed that you’re available, now how do we book you for our wedding ceremony?
To secure me for your wedding, please complete the Wedding Agreement. You will find the instructions on the first page of the Agreement. I will need you to mail me the signed Agreement along with a deposit check of $300. Once I receive your signed Agreement and deposit, I will formally commit to your wedding date. Unfortunately, I am not able to hold dates.
Do you accept credit cards?
Not at this time. However, you may make a payment electronically through PayPal or you may write a check. All remaining fees are due 14 days before your wedding date. If you have any other questions, please email me or call 434-572-7436.“Father Christopher took the time to speak with us several times leading up to the wedding, resulting in a ceremony that had a very personal feel. All our guests commented how much they liked the ceremony. We’d highly recommend him for weddings of all kinds.
